Our reservations diary is currently open until 30th May 2026, and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Any reservations beyond this date will be released and presented below in the 'release dates' section. All reservations require prepayment at the time of booking, which is subject to our 72 hours cancellation policy. If the date you’re looking for is already fully booked, join our standby list for cancellations, and we’ll give you a call if a table becomes available.

Our room is arranged with tables for two, four, five or six. Please note, if you need to reduce your covers, your deposit may not be refunded. Thank you for understanding.

Skof has a step-free entrance and wheelchair accessible toilets. We are also able to print our menus in larger fonts. Please get in touch with us if you have any queries about accessibility.

We are very good at catering for most health or allergy-related dietary requirements; all we require is advance notice. Please inform us of any dietary requests when making your reservation, so we can prepare everything for your arrival. It may not be possible to accommodate requests made on the day.

For lunch and dinner, we offer a 12-course menu and a 15-course menu that showcase Tom’s cooking.

At lunchtime, a quicker four-course lunch menu option is also available from Thursday to Saturday.

We also offer wine, mixed drinks and alcohol free pairings for our guests to choose from. 

Sample menus can be viewed here. Please note that our menu prices will be changing from 1st October 2025. All menus are subject to change. 

At the time of booking, we will request a prepayment of £55 for lunch or £130 for dinner, which will be redeemed against the total of your final bill. If joining us for lunch, you may still opt for our short or long tasting menu, and at dinner, choose our long tasting menu.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your total bill, inclusive of the prepayment.

Our room is arranged with tables for two and four. Please book in even numbers. We seat in multiples of two only. If you need to reduce your covers, the deposit may not be refunded. Thank you for understanding.

Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours before your visit will result in the loss of your prepayment. Our reservations team will attempt to re-sell your table to another party, and if successful, a full refund will be issued.

Since opening in May 2024, Skof has earned a Michelin star in February 2025, was named Best New Restaurant at the Good Food Guide Awards 2025, won Newcomer of the Year at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards — where Tom Barnes was also awarded Chef of the Year — and secured a high ranking in SquareMeal’s Top 100 for 2025, entering as the highest new entry at number 8. In October 2025, Skof was named in the top 20 restaurants list for Time Out.

Our restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests. As we do not have a private dining room and our largest table seats six, larger parties are required to reserve the restaurant for exclusive use. In these cases, a minimum spend applies.

We welcome children over the age of six at lunchtime and over the age of 12 for dinner. We offer our usual menus at both lunch and dinner, as unfortunately, we do not have a children’s menu available.

There is no dress code at Skof. We welcome everyone as they are.

We are unable to accommodate dogs in our restaurant.

Public Transport: For Train, MET or Bus Manchester Victoria and Shudehill are both a two minute walk from Skof.

Parking: There are two large multi-storey car parks within a four minute walk of Skof, Manchester Printworks Car Park and RCP Parking on Riga St.
