A Night With... at ION Harbour
In January 2024 we are excited to be launching a new collaborative dinner series "A Night with .." which sees Simon Rogan hosting unique dinners with some of the best chefs worldwide at ION Harbour in Malta.
The series will kick off January 2024 with two back-to-back dinners. The first will be on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th, with Aktar Islam, chef and owner of Michelin-starred Opheem, who will be bringing a touch of spice to ION Harbour. Aktar’s menu celebrates Indian cooking, expanding it’s horizons with techniques from around the world. Find the collaboration dinner menu here.
The second with Tom Barnes, former executive chef at three Michelin-starred L’Enclume on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th. Tom and Simon, his former boss will be reuniting together to cook up a nostalgic menu celebrating dishes from 12 years of working together before the launch of his new restaurant SKOF. Each chef will be cooking four alternating dishes as part of a unique menu that celebrates each signature style.
