Aulis London Now Open
This October we opened the doors to Aulis London, the intimate eight-seater chef’s table in Soho London. Our second Aulis site will mirror the Aulis concept in Cartmel which serves as the development kitchen for L’Enclume, with the London site acting as the experimental hub and culinary workshop for the upcoming Roganic, opening in Marylebone later this year.
The clandestine kitchen in the heart of London invites just eight people at a time for the ultimate personal dining experience. Multi-course tasting menus are created using cutting edge techniques, the imagination of our fantastic chefs and the finest ingredients, sourced from the best suppliers from around the country, including Our Farm.
Aulis London is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only.
