Henrock Festivities
Christmas and New Year’s at Linthwaite House and Henrock are truly special. With stunning views over Lake Windermere, it’s an idyllic spot to spend the festive season.
At Henrock we have created menus fit for the occasion which will be available to hotel guests, including a Baked Alaska flamed at the table for Christmas Day (fear not, Christmas pudding will also be available!).

Trout pancake, pike roe and kelp
Middle white Pigs and blanquettes
Artichoke, brioche and stout
Lobster, clementine hollandaise
Onion broth, cheese tart, chive emulsion
Slow-cooked turkey, fried with Cumbrian spices
Potatoes and lemon thyme, parsnips in miso butter, kale and fermented beans, sweet and sour cranberry sauce
