For three days only, Simon Rogan’s executive chef Oli Marlow will cook his score-topping menu from the BBC’s TV show Great British Menu at Rondo at The Hoxton in Holborn.

THE DETAILS

Due to popular demand and following his success on the 2021 series of BBC’s Great British Menu, Oli Marlow, Executive Chef of Aulis London and Aulis Hong Kong & Roganic Hong Kong, - will cook his full, record-breaking menu at a central London residency on the 24th, 25th & 26th of June.

Despite missing out on his chance to cook at the final banquet due to a positive COVID-19 test result, guests will now have the opportunity to experience the four courses, which landed Oli the highest score in the regional heats within the programme's history.

The residency will take place at Rondo, the recently opened restaurant at The Hoxton, Holborn with ex St John chef Chris Gillard at the helm. Oli will be joined at the pass by Chris and his team, as well as Tom Barnes - Simon Rogan's Executive Chef of the North West - who competed in the 2020 series.

To complete the evening, Oli’s dishes can be paired with a series of hand-selected wines chosen by the Simon Rogan Group Head Sommelier Valentin Mouillard.
