Our Michelin Star retained for it's second year
So chuffed to have retained our Michelin star for another year, and incredibly proud of my team. Thank you, Michelin Guide.
We have been building on what we started in May 2024, and I truly believe we are stronger than ever. This year began in a way I could never have dreamed of, and it just keeps getting better. We are so proud of what we do at Skof every single day.
Huge congratulations to Simon Rogan and the UMBEL hospitality family with L'Enclume retaining three stars and a green star, and Rogan and Co and Aulis Simon Rogan retaining their stars.
And of course, Manchester, our home. What a city, and what a community to be a part of. We’re so grateful to our friends and supporters.
Congratulations to everyone recognised. We know how much it means.
