Our team undertake the 4x4x48 Challenge
Our team have decided to embark on a tough physical challenge to raise much-needed funds for Hospitality Action.
Simon and the team will be running four miles every four hours for forty-eight hours, starting on 12th March and finishing on 14th March. The 4x4x48 Challenge, also known as the ‘’Goggins Challenge’’, is designed to test runners both physically and mentally. The brutal challenge was devised by David Goggins, the only member of the US Armed Forces to complete SEAL training, Army Ranger School and Air Force tactical air controller training, and is one of the most popular fitness challenges worldwide.
Funds raised from the challenge will be donated to Hospitality actions, a charity that provides a whole range of support services to help hospitality people back on their feet again after a setback. Each year helping thousands of people through challenging times, including physical illness, mental health issues, financial difficulty, family problems and addiction.
Following the devastating impact of the coronavirus pandemic on our sector, Hospitality Action was the clear charity of choice. We would be so grateful for any donations, no matter how big or small, in support of Hospitality Action. Please give anything you can to help raise funds for this amazing charity and the vital work they undertake in supporting those in real need.
