Roganic Hong Kong vs Rogan & Co
In a friendly battle between HK and the UK, this special event will play out at Roganic Hong Kong, replacing our regular lunch and dinner service from Tuesday 28th to Thursday 30th of March 2023.
Ashley Salmon, head chef of Roganic Hong Kong, will compete against Tom Reeves, head chef of one Michelin-starred Cartmel restaurant, Rogan & Co.
Along with their teams, Ash and Tom will each cook five dishes showcasing their respective restaurant’s unique style.
For every service, the winner will be decided by our diners, with Simon keeping a close eye as official referee. Each guest will vote for their favourite snack, starters, main and dessert with the total votes dictating the winning restaurant.
The menu will consist of ten special courses at $1780pp. At lunch, guests can opt for a shorter version (eight courses) of the menu for $1080pp. A donation of $100 for every full menu and $50 for every lunch menu will be given to each of the chefs' chosen charities. And to add a little incentive, the donations will be split in line with the guests' votes.
