Roganic Hong Kong X JAAN by Kirk Westaway
On 4th and 5th of September I will be joined by Chef Kirk Westaway of JAAN by Kirk Westaway in Singapore, at Roganic Hong Kong. It will be our second collaboration in Hong Kong, but our first together at Roganic. Together we have created a 10-course collaborative dinner menu of experimental dishes driven by freshly-foraged produced.
Kirk Westaway was born in Devon and like me, is passionate about using impeccable produce in ways that enhance the natural flavours of each unique ingredient. JAAN in Singapore has been awarded 1 Michelin star and was awarded 32nd place on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019.
