The Search For The Next Bocuse d'Or UK Candidate
Bocuse d’Or is the world’s largest and most prestigious chef competition. Founded in 1987 by the late and legendary Paul Bocuse, the competition has grown to become the one of the world's greatest culinary spectacles. It is a real honour for me to hold the role of UK President and to join BBC Breakfast to talk about the competition and what we are looking for in our next UK candidate.
We are searching for talented, passionate and dedicated British chefs willing to compete in this life changing competition. Applications are open until 24th June with the selection taking place at The Restaurant Show on 30 September. Read the 2019 selection criteria and download the 2019 application form here.
A British chef is yet to reach the podium, lets make it happen!
