On Sunday 4th October 2026, Tom will welcome Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Northcote, to Skof for a one-off dinner in support of Prept.
Tom and Lisa are no strangers to cooking alongside one another, having previously shared the kitchen on Great British Menu and at Northcote for Obsession. This October, they’ll come together again at Skof to create a 12-course tasting menu as part of the Prept Collab series.
The evening will begin with English Sparkling Wine from Rathfinny Estate, followed by paired wines throughout the menu, including selections from Penfolds.
The collaboration will raise funds for Prept’s work with young people across the UK, giving them practical food education, valuable life skills and an introduction to the opportunities a future in food and hospitality can offer.
The Prept Collabs series is supported by Lockhart Catering Equipment, Penfolds, Rathfinny, Sanpellegrino, UNOX and Wellocks, helping Prept invest in the next generation of hospitality.
Please note that there are very limited spaces for this dinner, so bookings must be made online only. Tickets cost £260 per person and include a wine or non-alcoholic pairing but does not include a service charge. |
