Fell Brewery X Our Farm by Simon Rogan Woodruff Stout

We are excited to share with you our latest limited edition collaborative project, ‘Woodruff Stout’, our ‘farm to glass’ beer made with the brilliant team at Fell Brewery.
Made with woodruff foraged from Our Farm and surrounding woods, the beer has been specifically designed to complement and support the addition of woodruff, using oats grown at the nearby Holker Estate.
The result is a traditional dark stout, which beautifully pairs the woodruff with a base of specialty malts. An aromatic nose of forest floor and cinnamon leads to flavours of sweet gingerbread, chocolate and tobacco, a suggestion of festive lebkuchen and a dry, leathery finish.
