L'Enclume Notebook
This A5 chefs notebook has a semi-flex vegan leather cover, and is the perfect book to write notes and recipes in the kitchen whilst cooking & baking. The pages are made from limestone which is more environmentally friendly than traditional pulp paper, but also means they are completely water and greaseproof.
