- Cabbage Dressing - Made with roasted cabbage and horseradish, this unique and complex dressing elevates leaves and vegetables into something exceptional. Our chefs recommend drizzling it over a simple green salad or pan-roasted kales and cabbages.
- Rosehip Dressing - A delicate rosehip dressing made using rosehips gathered on Our Farm, perfect for adding a fresh, fruity lift to leafy salads.
- Perilla Vinegar - Perilla, otherwise known as shiso is one of Simon's favourite ingredients. With flavours of fresh mint and star anise, use to dress salads or make your own pickled apple.
- Cucumber Preserve - Made using cucumbers grown in our polytunnels at Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley. They have been fermented so that they can be enjoyed whatever the season and is a perfect preserve to use on a cheeseboard.
- Fennel Salt - Great British Food Awards 2024 - Silver - This award winning salt adds depth of flavour to roasted vegetables and grilled fish.
