Our Farm Salt, Oil & Vinegar Set
Show your store cupboard some love with this trio of preserves, each made using ingredients from Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley.
The set includes:
‘Salt & Vinegar Salt’ - the perfect addition to fish and chips or crispy potatoes.
‘Lemon Thyme Oil’ - this fragrant citrus scented herb has been preserved and bottled into a beautiful oil, perfect for a simple salad dressing or marinade.
‘Pineapple Weed Vinegar’ This perennial shrub has a sweet pineapple scent and has been preserved into a vinegar by our chefs. Enjoy it dressed in strawberries or other fruits, or in a shrub cocktail.
Please note that due to seasonal availability, we will be substituting Pineapple Weed Vinegar for Perilla Vinegar when necessary.
