Wiston X Simon Rogan Sparkling Rosé
Following months of development with the family-run winery located in West Sussex, the Simon Rogan x Wiston Sparkling Rosé has been made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Deep salmon in colour and with notes of wild roses, tomato leaf, pomegranate, strawberries and cranberries, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks before being rested on its lees for eight months before bottling. A portion of Wiston reserve wines, which come from Wiston harvests dating back to 2009, is added to make up the final blend before a secondary fermentation process, which takes two to four years, allowing the flavour of the wines to evolve and intensify and the structure to develop.

White chocolate, gently cooked to caramelise the sugar. Melt into cream and set for a delicious panna cotta.

Made fresh to order using a secret blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, 100% pure essential oils. This blend of warming woody rosewood and gentle floral geranium oils helps soothe stress.
Bath House Bamboo & Jasmine Hand Cream
An enriching hand cream to strengthen nails and soften cuticles with moisture-rich ingredients. Fragranced with the fresh, crisp scent of Bamboo & Jasmine.
Mint Tea Infusion
This fresh, classic and much-loved infusion has been created using fresh mint grown and gathered on Our Farm in Cartmel. Add 200ml boiling water to 1g of leaves and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or chilled.
